R.A.JAYAWEERA possesses varied Professional Qualifications
as Chartered Accountant, with over 25 years experience
in allied fields of Accounting, Taxation, Project
Formulation and Evaluation. He is a fellow of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka
F.C.A, Fellow of the Society of Certified Management
Accountants in Sri Lanka, F.S.C.M.A. Master of Business
Administration, M.B.A. University of Ceylon. |
| He is a Senior Partner in Messrs.
P. E. Mathew & Co. Chartered Accountants and
also a Director – Business Managements Services
Ltd. He was the Additional Secretary, Ministry of
Cultural Affairs for 4 years & the President
of Kalana Institute of Social Studies.
He also has contributed to Journalism by his
numerous Journals on Accounting & Productivity
in the Public Sector. He regularly contributes
to the national daily newspapers and journals.
Amongst his specific articles are on Good Governance,
Making Democracy Meaningful, Re-modeling the Civil
State Machinery, Administrative Reforms, Resource
Management, From Procedure Orientation to Result
Orientation, etc.
