A former assistant director of cultural
affairs has excelled in the field of arts as a popular
composer and Author, with special ability in organization.
He has also featured in Television and Radio programs.
He was instrumented in appointing Justice of Peace
for Whole Island.
He’s a Bachelor of Arts Degree [BA] of the University
of Sri Jayawardanapura, Sri Lanka and passed the
Library Services Central Examination. |

the State in recognition of his services to the
nation.
