She is a veteran Actress and a Tele-Drama Director
especially popular among the Tamil Community. She
came into the creative field through the Tamil Children
Program in 1974 at the Sri Lanka Broadcasting Corporation
[SLBC]. She came onto the stage as an Actress in1976.
She acted in the first Tamil Tele Drama produced
in Sri Lanka. Presently, she is fames as a skillful
director in the creative field.
